| Herbal Mask 1 tablespoon comfrey leaves, chopped 1 tablespoon chamomile , chopped 1/2 cup of boiled water 3 tablespoons of yogurt or powdered oatmeal ______________________________________________________ Infuse the comfrey/chamomile in boiled water. Cover and steep 10 minutes and strain. Add yogurt/oatmeal and apply liberally to your face and neck. Let dry, Rinse and apply herbal toner. |
| Cool Mint Pack 1 cup fresh mint leaves 1 cup of cold water _________________________________________________________ In a blender, blend the mint leaves with the cold water for 1 minute. Regrigerate the mixture for 10 minutes. Pour onto a clean towel or cloth. Lie down and relax while applying the pack to your face for up to 10 minutes. |
| Herbal Toner 1 tablespoon vegetable glycerine 1/2 cup of witch hazel For sensative skin use: 1/2 cup of lavender or rose water infusion* For oily skin use: 1/2 cup of sage leaves, 1/2 rosemary OR 1/2 cup lemon balm, lemon grass and lemon verbena water infusion* _________________________________________________________ Combine the herbal water infusion to the glycerine and witch hazel. Refrigerate after using. After the toner dries , apply a moisturizer. *To make the infusion boil the herbs in water, let steep for 10 minutes |
